In general we will not collect personally identifiable information without your permission in accordance with our Opt-In participation program. This program is voluntary and made available to you so we can better gather information about you to improve your shopping experience and that of our other members, and in the process to be able to improve the WYNGLE Cash Back Program to better reward all our members. You may withdraw or change any permissions granted to us under the Opt-In participation program at any time. Refusal to accept the sharing of information under our Opt-In participation program will by no means affect your participation or benefits under the WYNGLE Cash back Program.
Please note that for paying out of collected Cash Back we are required to obtain from you your address details and your Paypal email address. Without this information we will not be able to authorize the payout.
Following are a number of Opt-In choices we offer:
You are offered the opportunity to share the purchases you have made. You can easily share those purchases with your friends, in your public profile and through other companies (such as Facebook or Twitter). By default your purchases will not be shared with anyone.
You can add reviews to your purchases via the WYNGLE administrative interface. You have the choice to keep this review to yourself, but you can also choose to make the review available for others to benefit from your opinion about the purchases. This can be done anonymously if you wish to do so. By default the reviews are private.
You can tag your purchases for easier searching and referencing. By default your purchases are untagged, which can easily be found in the WYNGLE administrative interface.
WYNGLE provides you with the opportunity to add additional information (date of birth, education etc.). This information can help us to better offer you products and services that we think match your interest. Except for the information needed to make a payout, this information is non mandatory.
Your choices made with WYNGLE’s Opt-In Program can be changed at any time. Please note that there could be a short (less than 48 hours) period needed to have your changes being reflected in all systems used by WYNGLE.
You may obtain a copy of personal information we maintain or update or correct inaccuracies in your personal account using the online account management facilities through our websites. In addition, if you believe other personal information we maintain is inaccurate, you may request that we correct or amend the information by contacting us as indicated in the “How to Contact Us” section of this Privacy Notice. If we deny an access request, we will notify you of the reasons for the denial.
Our websites may contain links to other sites for your convenience and information. These sites may be operated by companies not affiliated with WYNGLE. Linked sites may have their own privacy notices, which you should review if you visit those websites. We are not responsible for the content of any websites not affiliated with WYNGLE, any use of those sites, or those sites’ privacy practices.
When we obtain personal information, we may process the information outside of the country in which you are located, including in the United States. The countries in which we process the information may not have the same data protection laws as the country in which you are located. We maintain the latest administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to assist us in protecting the personal information we collect against accidental, unlawful or unauthorized destruction, loss, alteration, access, disclosure or use.
Please note that electronic transmission of information cannot be entirely secure. We cannot guarantee that the security measures we have in place to safeguard personal information will never be defeated or fail, or that those measures will always be sufficient or effective.
To further protect yourself, you should safeguard your WYNGLE account user name and password and not share that information with anyone. You should also sign off your account and close your browser window when you have finished your visit to our sites. Please note that we will never ask for your WYNGLE account user name or password via email.

WYNGLE does not direct its websites to children under the age of thirteen. We require registered users of the site to be at least eighteen years old. If we learn that a user is under eighteen years of age, we will promptly delete any personal information that the individual has provided to us.
This Privacy Notice may be updated periodically without prior notice to reflect changes in our personal information practices. We will post a prominent notice on our websites to notify you of any significant changes in our Privacy Notice and indicate at the bottom of the notice when it was most recently updated.
